kinda like my ratty old alpine... but less pretty

but yes... today marks a historic event.... for the first time in my life i actually bought meself some pintglasses (all previous pint glasses were stolen....at $5 a beer i figures that includes the glass)

apparently heading into town for a couple beers and assorted glasses aquiring is to much like work for my old ass nowadays so i just went online and made the herculean effort of clicking a couple times

and now they’ re here

anyhoo... i still need to make a trip to the pub sometime this weekend

i need a new ashtray

lol probably... tbh.. since ive left england my collection of pintglasses has been steadily diminishing through atrittion... pubs round here serve pints in steiners... they’re a little trixier to accidentally take home

so yeah... i ran out of pints and finally had enough of having to drink from silly little half pint glasses

and no.. i cannot... also doesnt help that a british pint is bigger than an american pint.. and the dutch will give you a half liter if you ask for a pint

ima just go with a pint is biglier :p

It starts with pint glasses. But before you know it, you’re one clicking coffee mugs, tea cups. Finally you end up down at the Bed  Bath & Beyond trying to score some cutlery!

The only treatment is to switch now to paper plates and disposable plastic cups. Drastic, I know, but it’s the only way. And you’ll need a sponsor.

i fear its too late for me tho... im currently saving stickers me local shop hands out for every tenner spent so i can get some nice new non stick pots and pans

I’ve already gone past that point. I’m on my maybe seventh set of great pans.

I’m on a great set of Scoville Neverstick pans.

nice.. i have a couple nice pots and pans and some leftover bits and bobs im slowly replacing with nicer stuff

not in a hurry with it... (cept for my little frying pan.... its dented and that annoys me)

My 20cm frying pan and large square griddle pan are my go to pans in the kitchen.

Thankfully I’ve now two identical 20cm frying pans should one get dented somehow.

mine got dented coz me daughter decided dancing and doing the dishes could be combimed

so yeah she bashed the shit out of it when she got a little carried away.... took a chunk out of the wall too

then pretended that very loud noise was nothing.... kids :p

oo.. smart... thats kinda how i run my fridge too... 6 in the fridge 6 in the freezer by the time i run low on fridge beer the freezer beer is cold

rins and repeat (sometimes i fall asleep before remembering to rescue the freezer beer......its messy)

I worked for a number of years at a bar...I have a cabinet full of  pint glasses. Only ones not lifted from the bar were gifts.
